Villa Halcyon is a beautiful house positioned on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay. This stunning 5/6 bedroom, 5/6 bathroom house enjoys breath taking uninterrupted views across the bay to the islands. The villa is situated approximately a 20 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it’s beautiful clear sea for swimming, it’s restaurant, bar and water sports facilities.
The villa is designed to make the best use of the fabulous view, bringing the outside in and creating a light, airy and spacious open plan living area.
At ground level there is a beautiful entrance area with traditional pebble mosaic flooring and a large garage for off road parking.
A flight of stairs takes you up to a self contained bedroom suite with kitchenette and sun terrace with beautiful uninterrupted views. The bedroom suite (the 6th bedroom) has a double bed and an additional single sofa bed. Also on this level is a fully equipped gym where you can exercise whilst enjoying the view across the bay. Take another flight of steps up to the main house and on this floor is a large airy living room area with fully fitted contemporary kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine, wc. Also on this level is a twin bedroom with beautiful sea views and large ensuite with wet room style shower. From the living room area, wide sliding doors open onto a shaded outside dining and comfy seating area with stone BBQ and with the sun-drenched pool terrace beyond. The pool terrace is split level with the lower level having a shallow ‘children’s’ pool.
Upstairs you will find two stunning double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms (one also has a bath as well as a large wet room style shower) and balconies. On this floor there is also a further bedroom with a small double bed and a single bed, ensuite shower room and private balcony.
On the top floor of this amazing property you will find a double bedroom with ensuite, large sliding doors open onto a stunning private terrace with jacuzzi tub.
