On the first floor: a spacious double living room/veranda with a fireplace and a Yamaha quarter-tail piano (available for separate rental upon request), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room that seats 12, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a second refrigerator/freezer, a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, and a suite with a private bathroom. Upstairs, there is a junior suite and a family suite, each with a private bathroom (with a bathtub). Each bedroom has two twin beds (80x200) that can be pushed together to form a double bed (160x200); two folding beds and a crib are available, for a total of 10 sleeping spots plus one crib. The bedding is hotel-quality. The veranda is furnished with a garden table for 12 guests and a waterproof awning. In the park and fields, you’ll find a small outdoor seating area near the organic vegetable garden, a pool with a retractable roof (water quality professionally tested), a brand-new tennis court, and a private basketball court.
