Only 2 hours from Paris, this magnificent recently renovated country house offers you beautiful amenities, such as a terrace, a large garden and a large bright living room. It is the perfect place to enjoy a stay with family or friends, or even to telework in a peaceful setting. Cerza Zoo is only a 15-minute drive away, while the mythical beaches of Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer can be reached in 25 minutes.
On the first floor, you will find an entrance hall with storage, a large living room with a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, as well as a dining room and a large living room opening onto the terrace. A shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, as well as a TV lounge complete this floor.
On the first floor, you will discover a double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, two toilets on the landing, a second double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a third double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, and a shower room.
