Positive: Having visited Rixos Tekirova twice before, my family and I have always left thoroughly impressed by the service and the overall experience. Last year, an unfortunate incident left us hesitant about returning; however, after being personally assured by the resort team that they would do everything possible to make our next stay exceptional, we decided to give it another chance. We are so glad we did. The team went truly above and beyond, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank a few individuals in particular. Cansu Namdar - thank you for welcoming us so warmly and for embodying Rixos hospitality at its finest. And to our butlers, Polina (who is simply irreplaceable), Koray, and Ata - your dedication, attentiveness, and ability to resolve any query within minutes made our stay stress-free.
