Well equipped and comfortable, this house with neat and warm decoration consists of:<br>– On the first floor of a living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom.<br>– Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and its private bathroom (with WC), a second bedroom with two single beds (2x90) and its private shower room (with WC). Each bedroom is equipped with a large cupboard.<br>Baby equipment available: travel cot, booster seat to be placed on a chair, bathtub.<br>You will also enjoy a south-facing enclosed garden out of sight and a terrace with all the garden furniture (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol).<br>You will have access to the garage in the basement, where the washing machine is located, ideal for storing equipment (surfboard, bicycle, etc.).
