Negative: Late check-in. We had to wait for our rooms. Empty mini-bar. The mini-bar emtpy. When we asked for a bottle of water, they wanted us to come and take it, No free sunbed. All the sun loungers were kept occupied by spreading towels, and the hotel management did nothing about it.
