A gorgeous little studio apartment!<br><br>A cozy little nest with modern decor right in the heart of Marseille, in a prime location!<br><br>Metro, trams, Saint-Charles train station, and parking nearby<br><br>Plenty of places to relax on a terrace and an abundance of amenities!<br>Once you’re here, you can leave your car behind and explore the whole city without a care! :)<br>The apartment<br>You’ll feel right at home in this little studio :)<br>Fully equipped with excellent ventilation!<br><br>Granted, the apartment is small—11 m²—and the window overlooks a large skylight. To make up for this slight lack of natural light, I’ve installed warm, bright lighting that you can adjust to your liking with several lamps in addition to the main light.<br><br>That said, this is more than made up for by the great amenities I offer :)<br><br>Located in a magnificent, secure building typical of Marseille, surrounded by amenities and, most importantly, all the public transportation you need to explore the city hassle-free! :)<br>Other notes<br>WOULD YOU LIKE TO ENJOY YOUR STAY EVEN MORE??? :=)<br><br>-Due to high demand for daytime rentals and the significant logistical coordination required across all my apartments—especially for guests with early check-ins or late check-outs—there are additional charges because, obviously, the apartment is in use :).<br><br>I usually offer two solutions for this.<br><br>-The first is a daytime hourly rate of 5€/hour outside of standard hours.<br>(i.e., between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., depending on other requests from previous or upcoming guests)<br><br>-The second option is a secure luggage storage service provided by me; your luggage will be stored in the apartment once your outing is over. You don’t have to worry about a thing :)<br>€5 for each suitcase or bag of any kind.<br>For an indefinite period :)<br><br>I’m, of course, very flexible and open to your needs.<br><br>Additional services can be arranged upon request with appropriate decorations (birthdays, surprises of any kind, Easter, Valentine’s Day, etc.).<br>Requests for additional supplies or food items can also be made (e.g., a bottle of champagne or wine).<br>Prices are based on your budget.<br>Additionally, a €10 surcharge will apply for setting up a portable crib.
