Positive: This is the first time I stay at a hotel that actually looks way better than all the photos I have seen online. I think the photos do not give justice to this place. There are a lot of facilities and spa experiences that are not even mentioned online. Highly recommended!

Negative: Staff are extremely friendly but we needed google translate for most of our interactions in English.

Summary: Amazing resort, highly recommended
