Positive: An outstanding experience. In particular, I want to offer my highest commendation of the support we got from Lorensia Dayanara, from the Guest Experience team. I mistakenly left my laptop computer at the airport screening point. When I arrived back in Australia I contacted Lorensia, who had already been so helpful and nice to us in several ways during our two week stay at the Novotel. Lorensia offered to go to the airport and collect my laptop, then ship it to us via DHL Express.

Summary: An outstanding experience, especially texceptional support from Lorensia from guest experience team.
