Positive: Hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating I felt very taken care of. The bed was lovely and clean which to me is one of the most important features after a long flight. I loved the fact there were cats around the hotel as I love cats! They even helped me rescue a cat which I will now be adopting and taking back to the UK.
