Positive: The location is very good. The room is beautiful with a great view (I was given an upgrade to an upstairs room for free). The food was excellent. The pool is great.

Negative: The soap dispensers in the shower were empty. The main slat supporting the bed is broken and tied with rope. There was no sheet on the bed so I used the throw cover - which was OK because I was one person, but for 2 people it would not be OK. The toilet roll holder in the bathroom was broken.
