Positive: We booked the all inclusive option and we were very pleased with the food, drinks and service. The dinner buffet was very good and the snack bar options were great as well. The staff were all very pleasant. We really appreciated the lovely fruit plate the hotel surprised us with for my husband’s birthday. The room was a little dated but clean and we liked the hard flooring. Some parts of the bathroom were a bit worn but the water pressure in the shower was great and the counter space was much appreciated after some smaller bathrooms in previous hotels. We had an ocean view room on the 3rd floor and enjoyed the view. The weather was not great during our 3 day stay but I tried snorkelling on one day and enjoyed the beautiful bay. The pool isn’t heated and because it was cooler and cloudy while we were there we didn’t use it.

Negative: The interior hallways were dated and the carpet older.
