In the heart of the Ardèche, the La Source vacation rentals are opening this summer 2022!<br><br>The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is nestled among vineyards, chestnut trees, and olive groves. <br><br>The property features two secure private terraces; the first, facing south, offers a lovely view of the village of Joyeuse, while the second, facing north, overlooks the pool, the recreation area, and the Ardèche mountains.<br><br>This bright, air-conditioned 130 m² property features a large living area with two well-equipped kitchens and seating areas with sofa beds (160 x 190 and 140 x 190) and televisions.<br>Three bedrooms—two with a 160 x 200 bed and the third with two 80 x 200 beds that can be joined to form a single large bed—each feature a closet and a desk with an internet outlet.<br>The two bathrooms are equipped with a double sink and a walk-in shower. The restroom is separate. <br>Upon your arrival, the beds will be made.
