Our cottage is located in the town of Allériot, a beautiful village on the banks of the Saône, near Chalon-sur-Saône and Beaune, in Burgundy. Ideally located in the countryside, it will bring you a moment of calm and relaxation with family or friends. You can enjoy the long walks in this flowery village, as well as its paths along the Saône. You can take the opportunity to visit the city of Chalon-sur-Saône, its historic center and its magnificent cathedral. Not to mention our vineyards of the Côte Châlonnaise (Givry, Mercurey and Rully among others). A little further away, the city of Beaune with its Hospices and its grands crus (Pommard, Chassagne-Montrachet and Corton Charlemagne among others) are a must-see in the region. <br><br>This house of more than 130m2 on a plot of 1200m2 is totally renovated by us and composed as follows:<br><br>On the first floor:<br>A small entrance, opening directly onto the living room composed of a dining room with lounge, a reading area and a fireplace. A shower room and a bedroom (1 double bed and a bench that can be transformed into a 1 person bed or 2 according to your needs) complete this first floor. <br><br>Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine with a workspace, as well as a small living room and a library. This space gives access to a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, and a third bedroom with a double bed and a convertible bench.<br><br>*All 1 person beds are equipped with quality mattresses. The benches will be transformed into a bed before your arrival because we install real 1 or 2 person bed mattresses according to your needs.<br>* Bed linen is provided and installed so that you simply have to enjoy. (For cots as well).<br>* Towels (2 towels per person) are extra.
