20m from the beach, ideal house for one or two families wanting to spend a good holiday by the sea. The Ile d'Aix is a small island without cars. Everything is accessible on foot or by bike.
It is a family home shared between Marie, Jacques and Bernard, brothers and sister, and their flock of children. It is full of charm and life, but above all not a luxury hotel or a rental worthy of a decoration magazine. Simple, renovated upstairs, to be renovated on the first floor.
