Positive: The hotel is opulent with an elevated food offering. Staff (customer service staff in particular) really work hard to satisfy guests.

Negative: The heating system is centralisedand we were therefore unable to adjust to our liking and it was too hot for us. We were very quickly moved to a room that was cooler, so our concerns were addressed well.
