This beautiful detached villa is built and furnished in 2020. It is located in right centre of (Gulpinar area)Dalyan town and only 2 minutes walking distance to the river side, nearest super market, bars & restaurants and traditional town market square. Location is very quiet and very good for who can not be able to walk far! We are sure that you would be happy to spend your holiday in our villa…
The villa consists of 3 floors and it is comprising 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms. So on ground floor there are; fully fitted, very well equipped with latest white goods open-plan kitchen, very big lounge with TV, a shared WC and an en-suite ground floor bedroom with king size double bed.
On first floor there are 3 en-suite bedrooms with 1 king size double bed and 4 single beds.
On second floor in attic room there is an other en-suite bedroom with king size double bed and an other lounge area.
So 10 people can sleep in beds. And only if it’s necessary 2 more childeren could sleep on the sofa in lounge. The villa is fully air-conditioned and FREE UNLIMITED WI-FI internet access is available.
The villa is set in a private, walled, landscaped garden. There is a private large size overflow swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers. The villa is located in a nice quite area so it is very good for who like to relax by the pool and sunbathing. There is a portable BBQ in garden who likes to cook. We would like to let you know that this villa is bigger size in sq meter than other 5 beds villas in Dalyan.
P.S: We would require breakage deposit 300 GBP cash at the check-in. We will refund this money after we check the villa and if no big damage at check-out time!
Please do not forget that we have airport transfer service directly to villa, car rentals and organise boat trips and other safari tours etc. and currancy exchange service with same as post office rates!! Please ask for it!

Summary: Immaculate well equipped, perfect location so close to everything. Beautiful large pool and terrace. Area around the pool is generous as well with lots of room. Bedrooms were all huge with fantastic en-suite facilities. Hard to fault the place. Only one down-side. Probably the wrong tile choice has been made around the pool and potential guests should be aware that this area is very slippery and requires extreme caution, particularly when wet, elderly or infirm would struggle. I believe they may be making some alterations or adding anti-slip measures, but check with agent if you are concerned. (Realise its always going to be a bit slippery around a pool, but we are talking extremely here). The Agent was easy to contact and very helpful, our original flight was cancelled and they moved our complete booking back a day at no additional cost. Great trip overall. Recommend the boat trips, spend a little more and charter a private boat for your group, makes a big difference and is excellent value.
