Positive: It is difficult to rate this place. The hotel has such potential, but really the blokes running the place haven't got a clue. We had an efficient fridge and air conditioner and hot water most mornings.

Negative: We were amazed that the other reviews said how friendly and welcoming the staff were, because we have never felt so unwelcome at a hotel in Turkeye. We were given no information when we arrived. We had to ask about WiFi and breakfast. Our room had a kettle - but no cups, no tea, no coffee. When we asked we were told that they brewed tea in the kitchen - but no suggestion that we could go to the kitchen to help ourselves, or use the upstairs terrace at all. When we asked for tea, it was grudgingly brought - we did not ask often. I would suggest checking the reviews on some of the other platforms rather than those on booking. com.
