Positive: This resort is a GEM! Amazing location and an all-inclusive food and drink experience. The service was OUTSTANDING - the best i have ever experienced. Hasan (the manager) was incredibly helpful and coordinated everything for us. Tatiana at the front entrance recommended locations! The hotel had a DJ event with DJ Yaren which was brilliant. We used the spa as well - Aigul was very friendly and did a fantastic job.
