Positive: Great views, large balcony, well maintained facilities and bar staff were excellent. Great to have drinks and food on offer all day. Beach very nice with gorgeous clear water

Negative: We arrived late and were given a room that did not match what we had booked. Fuat worked to get us another room the next day which was fantastic and was what we had booked but we were unable to unpack and had to change rooms. We had also confirmed that we had a double bed, which the hotel confirmed via text however when we arrived we had to sleep night one in 2 singles. Food offering is extensive, however not always hot when it should be and only one lady working the egg station each morning so the queue to wait for an omelette was extremely long. We felt sorry for her. Beach sun beds need to be managed so that towels are not just left and chairs not available
