Summary: Lovely family who were very smiley but the room was appalling, paint all in th3 wrong places, bathroom cupboard broken, light switch covers missing, jacuzzi didn’t work, furniture literally falling apart. The worst was that the fire escape map on the back of our door was for the wrong hotel!
