Positive: The hotel was lovely - we were upgraded to bigger room which was very nice. It was cleaned everyday and clean towels were left. The ladies at reception were pleasant. SPA ladies were very nice.

Negative: We felt that the hotel did not quite meet the expectations of a four-star rating, although this may have been influenced by our stay in December. The room amenities were fairly basic; there was only one bottle of water provided and the minibar was empty. The towels were clean but quite worn, discoloured, and rough to the touch. The bathroom amenities were minimal, with no individual toiletries or face cloths provided, and only an all-in-one liquid dispenser in the shower, which did not align with our expectations of a four-star property. Slippers were available, however bathrobes were not provided. The room lighting was quite limited, with only bedside lamps and no overhead lighting, which made the room feel rather dark. The bathroom door did not have a lock, and there was an open hole in the wall beside the air-conditioning unit. Additionally, the balcony did not appear to be cleaned during our stay; while this may have been due to recent rain, it was not brushed or maintained while we were there. The breakfast did not meet the standard expected of a 4-star international hotel. The offering was limited to a traditional Turkish breakfast, with no options such as cereals or fresh fruit. While there were salads, a selection of cheeses, and fresh bread available, the overall variety was quite limited. Given that the hotel welcomes guests from many different nationalities, it would be more appropriate to offer a wider and more diverse range of breakfast options to cater to international tastes and expectations. The Chef always looked unhappy to be standing behind the counter. We had to continuously ask for milk / cups every morning.
