Our villa is an old Norman barn and totally refurbished with high-end equipment including an indoor swimming pool heated from April to October. It is located 12 km from the beach of Veulettes-sur-Mer. This accommodations are perfect for groups.
The villa offers approximately 300 m2 of living space as well as a covered swimming pool heated all year round. An adult area distributes 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + WC. 2 other bedrooms are rather dedicated to children.
One of these 2 bedrooms nevertheless has an office. A toilet is also available on the first floor.
The living room, dining room has a fireplace. We make 1/2 stere of wood available to tenants in winter (from October 15 to April 15).
The house is heated by gas, at a temperature of about 19 degrees.
The summer lounge, spacious, is not heated.
