Located in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, this new 2 bedroom villa has stunning sea views and is only a few minutes drive from the centre of Kalkan. It has much to offer it's guests , including its generous outdoor space and small heated pool (1000 TL) on it's roof terrace.
The ground floor accommodation comprises of a large well-equipped modern dining kitchen and an adjacent comfortable lounge. These spaces open dirctly on to the generous pool terrace with it's infinity pool ( 8 x 4 metres, depth 1.5 metres). Here there are sunloungers, umbrellas, an al fresco dinng area , and a comfortable seating, all from which the panoramic sea views can be enjoyed.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful circular bed and large circular jacuzzi bath. The same fabulous sea views are visible from here as well as from the bedrooms large balcony. This bedroom has an luxurious en-suite bathroom with twin wash hand basins.
The twın bedroom is also on this floor and has a large balcony and en-suite bathroom.
The roof terrace of this property has the additional attraction of having a small pool, which can be heated in the cooler months of the year at no extra charge.
