Positive: Nice staff different entertainment everyday amazing food I definitely recommend it 24/7 drinks

Negative: The rooms could use some minor cosmetic maintenance, but the most unpleasant part of our stay was the experience with Axmed Water Sports, who operate on the hotel’s beach. Their staff tried to sell me services at an extremely inflated price. When I realized they were trying to deceive me and told them I would leave a review on Google, the next day Axmed came to the hotel, verbally assaulted me, and threatened me. He said he would wait for me outside the hotel and that he wasn’t afraid of the police. Fortunately, the hotel manager was present at the time, stepped in to stop him, and assured me everything would be fine. I truly appreciate the manager’s help. I was on vacation with my wife and our 6-month-old baby, and this incident caused a great deal of stress to my wife. It was a very unpleasant and unacceptable experience, especially in a place where guests should feel safe and relaxed.
