This newer, 4-Bedroom, 4.5-bathroom single level, ocean view home is located about one hour from the Liberia International Airport. Casa Tinto is a beautiful home that features an amazing master suite and bath complete with a soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms all come with en-suite bathrooms and beds with fine linens to sleep on after a full day of surfing, fishing, or undertaking any of the many other fun things to do in our area. The home also provides a bath with access to the pool area allowing guests facilities without entering the house.
The home includes high speed internet, a 65” smart TV, and a SONOS sound system. Guests have access to a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, huge island, stainless steel appliances, oversized refrigerator, wood cabinetry and granite countertops. The main living, dining and kitchen area are an "open" concept design with volume ceilings, wood beams and amazing ocean views from the interior social area. The large terrace outside the sliding glass doors has pool loungers, sofa area and a dining table next to your own personal outdoor kitchen complete with oven. Casa Tinto boasts an amazing infinity edge pool with million-dollar sunset views! There are surf racks, outdoor showers, and a ping-pong table to enjoy as well. All of this while surrounded in a pristine jungle environment amongst nature and within a private gated entry controlled via remote or keypad. Besides the beach in Grande, Casa Tinto is within a short drive of 20 minutes or less of many other beautiful beaches. Ask your personal concierge for details and directions.
