The room is naturally well-lit thanks to the large glass door, granting access to a private balcony with a table and two chairs, for your to enjoy the Dubai skyline from above.
Next to the living room is a classy dining room, with a rectangular dining table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen at the apartment is all inclusive, as it has all the equipment you might need during your stay, such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, stove, hot water kettle, and more. The kitchen also has a serving hatch to the living/dining room.
Inside are the two master bedrooms; the first one comes with a king-size bed dressed with fresh white and beige linens, a built-in wardrobe, night tables with lamps, and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, two night tables and lamps.
The apartment has a total of three bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub, a toilet, and a wash basin, and the other two include a toilet and a wash basin. All three bathrooms include amenities such as cleaning products, soap, hot water, towels, toilet paper, and more.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

Zooming Out
The Tower is part of REEHAN Complex that features eight low-rise buildings; and is famous for its old Arabic architecture and green surroundings. If you’re feeling active, have a swim at the Towers’ swimming pools – which are open to all residents, and buy a membership at the gymnasium. You can also park your car, during your stay, at your free parking slot in the Tower.

- BUS STATIONS: Four bus stops within a 5-minute walking distance: Lake Central Tower, South Ridge Tower 1, Burj Khalifa Palace Hotel, and Burj View Central Tower 1.
- METRO STATIONS: The nearest metro stations are: Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa Metro Station, Business Bay Metro Station, and Financial Centre Station; all accessible within a 10-minute drive from REEHAN 1.
