Positive: Its my second time in Sherwood dreams and I loved it before and still love it.. staff are really friendly and super helpful.. food variety and quality is really good.. one of the best in its category

Negative: Despite that almost everything was great I had the below disappointments which really can be fixed if a regular maintenance was conducted 1. There was some dirt coming out of the jacuzzi when you switch it on. Once I informed the reception they immediately offered to switch room. Which was a good gesture from them. Yet when I went to the other room, I asked them to try the jacuzzi before moving and the same problem was there.. so they sent someone to fix it in my room, and unfortunately it still have the same problem definitely need proper maintenance. 2. There was some maintenance out of the room and they left a lot of dirt outside. I have informed the front desk yet it was not cleaned out. Dust and cable cuts were all over the carpet at the entrance of the room. 3. Too many children playing in the lobby area and the bars and they were too loud..

Summary: One of the best in Belek.. if not the best..
