Positive: The Apartment was located in a complex on the hill to the left of Kalkan but with views of the town and harbour. At the bottom of the hill was a hotel with restaurants, swimming pools etc and access to the sea. We had full use of these facilities as part of the rent. There was a regular shuttle bus service down to the hotel / beach club and back again so no problem getting there. The hosts were excellent and we had good communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. The Apartment was in a great location and you could take a 15 min walk into Kalkan town or catch a taxi. There was a supermarket within a couple on minutes walk. The apartment was really lovely and was well equipped.

Negative: There was a nice balcony with table, chairs and sunbeds and to one side of the balcony there was a nice but slightly restricted sea and garden view. Unfortunately the views to one side were obscured due to an apartment building that was being constructed. There are a lot of steps at the apartment complex - not a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues may have a problem. Pool towels were not provided so you had to pay the equivalent of £1 each towel per day.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay and found the location to be really good and the hosts really helpful.
