Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Attentive to the needs of our party especially in bar and restaurant areas

Negative: The main concern was the room temperature, too warm and could not sleep due to heat. The window to fresh air did not work so I had poor sleep 2 nights. I reported the issue and the temperature was lowered for night 2 but still too warm and the temperature control was not operable by guest. I really need a good sleep to help my business.
