Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was very convenient and the food was good in the restaurant.

Negative: The check-in was not smooth. The key did not open the door-then when I asked the reception to change my room after the 2nd trial, they told me that they need to try again because there was no room available within the same group, and they made me part of the problem and solution process, so I needed to wait until they understand it cannot be fixed soon. Only after they upgraded my room. So it was not a pleasant experience after 10 hours of travel.
