Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: A French woman who stayed here! I spent a week alone in this hotel and have very fond memories of it. The establishment is very clean, and the room was large enough and pleasant for me. I stayed in a room with a double bed at first, then a smaller single room, but both were comfortable and well maintained. Special mention goes to the reception staff, especially Mojdeh and Shirin, who were lovely, smiling, very helpful and always attentive to guests' needs. A big thank you also to the security guard on duty in the evening, who was very reassuring and always had a big smile on his face. And of course, a very special mention to Bella the cat 🐾, who brings a real family atmosphere and warmth to the hotel. This human and caring spirit clearly contributed to making my stay unique and even saved my trip to Istanbul a little. I recommend it without hesitation. 💙

Negative: The only slight downside is that the neighbourhood is lively until late at night, so there can be some background noise, but it's nothing compared to another hotel I stayed at in the same area! I wasn't bothered by the noise in the evening and had a really peaceful and pleasant stay.

Summary: This hotel allowed me to rest my head where the city failed to do so.
