Positive: I was very pleased with how helpful the staff was, especially the fact that I needed a late check out as my flight was in the evening, the manager Gulnara was very helpful and let me check out late. Hotel was very clean and close to the beach. Excellent 5 star for this place and I would recommend this place to friends and family.
