Positive: The location can't be beat, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff very accommodating.

Negative: Our party was spread over two rooms--the antique room and a super deluxe. The super deluxe was quite nice and comfortable and updated--fully 3-star worthy--whereas the antique room was quite dated and felt like it belonged to another, lower-rated hotel. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and while the food was very good, service was slow (although our server was great--so maybe it was more about the number of servers than anything) and prices were extremely high.
