Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Hotel including facilities were old and required immediate renovation. Room furnitures are old with stains and tears everywhere. Doors handles are broken with holes, towels are not so clean, no hand tissues in the room. Breakfast is so basic with zero varieties, coffee and juice had no taste. Noisy and malfunction elevator. The hotel is best described as a 2 stars hotel, clearly not 4! The only positive thing was that the receptionist Mr. Mohammad has agreed (upon asking) a late check out till 1:00 pm instead of 12:00pm given that i have checked in at 8:00pm. Also, be aware that if you loose the room card there will be an extra charge of 40 Euro!!!

Negative: almost everything

Summary: it was the worst stay in a hotel, being in 50+ countries before.
