Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff very nice, very clean hotel, near to old town and city centre. Good WI-FI.

Negative: Room underground, no soundproofing as stated, so very noisy at night. Most nights load until after 1 am. One night still noisy at 05 am. Walls thin and you can hear everything. I was upset one night as I could hear a lady sobbing for hours. This was my first night. It upset me for the rest of the holiday. I reported it to staff next day, but the couple had only booked the one night.

Summary: Unfortunately would not stay there again.
