Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff were all very friendly, room was great, fantastic views from resort, food was fantastic both in terms of quality and range. It was extremely family-friendly, which was a relief as I was travelling with a child plus a baby.

Negative: Pillows were a bit uncomfortable but after speaking to Reception, I was given a different one which was better. Prior to my stay, I tried to speak to someone in English but it was impossible - even after calling the line for English speakers. I didn't get a response to my email either. However, once we were at the resort we had no problems at all re: finding someone who spoke English and all the staff were wonderful.
