Our place is a new – modern apartment. Build according to latest safety building standards. Most of the old apartments doesn’t comply with new earthquake building regulations. Apartment was designed for easy access for Wheelchairs and Baby strollers.
The space
Building offers Open and Closed parking. Depending on availability, guests can use either open or closed one. There are 2 Panoramic Kone elevators accessible from Closed parking or ground floor. Building has an automatic generator, if there is an electric outage, generator kicks in. Generator feeds all electric infrastructure within apartment, including elevators and general lightning.
Guest access
Hobby room (3rd room) will most probably be locked during your stay to keep personal belongings.
Other things to note
Please do not wear shoes at home.
No smoking in the building, gotta go outside for smoke. Landlord doesn’t allow pets.
Please be considerate to neighbours.
Apartment is located at 10th floor, have partial view of price islands [ not much :) ].
Master bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has an ikea sofa bed (offers queen size sleeping space). Also, Coach at living room is large enough to sleep.
2 air conditioners; one at living room other one in master bedroom. Also remote controlled fan is available.
