Summary: We have stated before but in their other property Losta Sahil Ev which is a better location and quieter. Just a hundred yards away. We were upgraded to a room with sea view and made to feel very welcome. Service at the bar and restaurant was very attentive and helpful. Selimiye was surprisingly quiet and few restaurants and bars were open. Whilst it was nice to be quiet you did not get a feel for the location. Whist it was generally quiet we were very much disturbed on our second night by live music that finished after midnight and attendees who hung around till around 2am. If that’s what you want that’s fine, but it was very difficult to sleep. It’s a great hotel with 3 small properties and a small restaurant. The breakfasts are typically Turkish and tasty. The dinner menu is a competent menu and well prepared .
