Positive: The staff was absolutely lovely and the service was the best we've had in Indonesia! We forgot a pair of shoes at the hotel and the staff hand-delivered them to the airport for us! The room was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay here. We received so many great recommendations for Lombok from the staff which made our time there so much nicer and saved us a lot of time researching where to go and what to do.
