Positive: The location is good though on a busy road. So, it get a bit noisy No breakfast was provided at all. It could be helpful to provide breakfast

Negative: Cleanliness could be improved and the smell of smoke in the room should be addressed urgently. The establishment should have No-smoking rooms for customers like myself who have low tolerence

Summary: Overall, The stay was fine if aforementioned conditions could be improved
