Summary: Very nice hotel , beautiful gardens , great pools , very comfortable rooms, food at all the resturants was on point. All that said the staff are useless here, it took a round of email tennis to book the New Years eve Gala which annoyed the hell out of me, Then when we checked we asasked aat
