In the middle of an old agricultural and wine estate, we have renovated the former house of the manager and transformed it into a cottage of more than 150 m² and 1000 m² of private garden, which can accommodate 10 people.
Authentic, quiet and wooded, we have preserved the soul of this place and these old stones. Live at the rhythm of the south.
Our cottage, in the middle of vineyards and fields, is located at the gates of Narbonne (5 minutes from the center), close to shops and services (3 minutes), close to several beaches (about 20 minutes) and easy access to the A9 motorway.
The Gîte: large convivial living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, 5 large bedrooms (4 beds 140 and 2 beds 90), 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, 2 toilets and 1 laundry room.
Baby equipment: cot, cot, bathtub and high chair.
Note: the staircase from the entrance hall, made to measure, allowing access to the gîte upstairs is quite steep.
The garden: private access, above-ground swimming pool, petanque court, children's hut, wooded area, large parking lot, garden furniture, brazier.
