Summary: Staff were often not at the front desk; slow responses on WhatsApp; not very hospitable. Room was not cleaned once during our 4/5 night stay. Fresh towels, glasses and replenishments had to be requested. Room smelt mouldy and damp. The restaurant had a beautiful rooftop though the cushions were always wet or not set up, and was also not open for dinner. Wasted opportunity to watch the balloons or have sundowners. Bed was comfy; shower was decent. Book if you want a short stay but lower your expectations and you’ll be fine. The highlight was definitely the tours we did in the area but be sure to have cash for these or you’ll spend most of your time trying to make arrangements for this only to be charged extra to use your card in the end.
