Positive: In great location to explore Kas. Building is bit old but it was very clean and comfortable with great facilities. Nice to have kitchen, washing machine and balcony. Spacious living dining space for couple and balcony with beautiful flowers.

Negative: It was missing basic amenities like shampoo, body soap, tea and coffee. Maybe it was listed on facility guild but just thought it would be nice to have as basic accommodation offering. Building is not very noise proofed so every night we could hear loud music from bars and loud neighboring guests until past midnight. Also, curtain doesn’t shut the lights so we were lucky that we had ear plugs and eye masks.
