Summary: All good, only the property needs a bit more attention as it is slightly shabby. More relaxing outdoor sitting would make it more comfortable. So many tables, could the first line of tables been used for longing with appropriate furnitures? Lastly, the place is becoming overrun by cats. It's quite a fight at breakfast time when they keep trying to jump on your table and eat in your plate...
