Summary: Check in was fine I realised later on I had been charged £41 to use card machine to pay for our stay I tried to raise with hotel they seemed to not understand I raised this with hotels.com With no help at all so that's money lost The bar staff were great Food was pretty poor chicken drumsticks for lunch and dinner around 70% of the meals Salad was plentiful and fresh Room was comfortable Shower dangerous my wife slipped over as it was super slippery Some cleaning needs to be done Picture of coffee machine which stayed in this state for a few days
