Summary: Overall unfortunately my experience was not comfortable. Acoustics were extremely poor — we could clearly hear voices from other rooms and from the corridor continuously. There was also a serious issue with the sewage system. There was a strong unpleasant odor in the bathroom, and we noticed the same smell in the spa area as well. I really want to point out that the hotel manager himself is a very nice, helpful, respectful person. My feeling is that the ownership does not support him enough with proper maintenance budget and improvements — and this directly affects guest experience. Location wise — this hotel is outstanding. Less than a few minutes walk to Taksim Square, metro and airport shuttle bus — so this part is honestly more than perfect. Breakfast however was disappointing — very limited variety and the taste quality was poor.
