Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Absolutely perfect location, right across the road from the waterfront, and only 5 minute walk to centre of town. Beautiful views when having breakfast. Relaxing feel. Apartment was fairly spacious. Lush greenery around to enjoy when sitting on the verandah. Hotel meals were cheap (although drinks a bit expensive).

Negative: It was advertised as a kitchenette with cooking facilities etc but there were none. We had a few tea and coffee glasses and cups and one teaspoon and that was it. Nothing to cook in or on. Only a jug for tea and coffee. We stayed five nights and had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper etc when needed but as soon as you asked for anything, the staff were very friendly and obliging and quick to get what you need. Apartment is a little run down but overall okay, particularly as in this location, you don’t spend a lot of time inside but rather at the beach etc.

Summary: Extremely relaxing, fantastic location and really friendly staff.
