Summary: Elite World Grand Istanbul Küçükyalı: Fair overall—clean, well-maintained, and a large property. However, the in-room snacks/coffee selection is poor for a 5-star hotel, and the customer service felt limited and at times rude. Staff did not seem willing to do the bare minimum expected at this level, and overall friendliness/service culture was disappointing.
